Sarah’s unique professional background is a testament to her profound commitment to care and support. Before joining RFP SchoolWatch, she spent five years as an in-home caretaker, developing a deep sense of empathy, patience, and the critical listening skills that now define her approach to customer support.

Sarah transitioned those valuable skills to the corporate world, quickly moving from a Customer Service role to leading the department in just one year. Her passion is evident in her work: she truly loves being a part of the RFP SchoolWatch team and is fueled by seeing customers grow and achieve greater success.

When she's not empowering our users, Sarah is a proud stay-at-home mom. She recharges by embracing the outdoors, sharing her love for hiking and camping with her family, and exploring new trails. Her dedication—whether caring for her family, guiding customers, or navigating a mountain path—is always focused on reaching a successful destination.
